Yogurt Parfaits with Berry Jam & Granola

A bowl of plain yogurt is made extra special with a swirl of berry jam and a sprinkle of homemade granola. You can tailor the granola recipe to your liking, such as substituting sunflower seeds or chopped pecans for the almonds and dried cranberries for the cherries.

I made the granola using a flavored honey(huckleberry flavor I got from Yellowstone) and I don't know if it was the honey or the long baking time, but the granola burnt with the prescribed baking time. So I would suggest checking on the granola often to ensure golden goodness.
