Yogurt Panna Cotta with Orange-Pomegranate Compote

Panna cotta, which means "cooked cream" in Italian, is a shivering dessert that traditionally consists of cream and milk set very softly with gelatin. This version uses yogurt in place of the cream. It's delicious on its own or accompanied with this sweet-tart orange and pomegranate compote.

I used this for the first time when I was trying to come up with a light dessert to follow the chicken pot pie I made for dinner with a friend. It is very quick, fairly easy, and over all a big hit! Among the desserts I make this one is a big favorite.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again, you can even adapt the sauce
