Terrific chicken dish

My husband said this is one of the best chicken recipes he has ever eaten.. Surprising considering he has never has rutabagas!!!

Great Pressure Cooker Recipe

I used a Fagor pressure cooker, not the Breville. Also, I couldn't find rutabagas, so I used parsnips and added some potatoes. It turned out great. My picky eater husband even ate the Swiss chard. Also, our Bichon loved it.
