White Bean and Ham Soup with Corn Bread Croutons

To save time, purchase already-made corn bread. Make sure your pan is really hot when you add the corn bread cubes to ensure they get a nice golden sear (but work fast so the butter doesn't burn). Pass extra croutons at the table.

Quick & Easy!
November 9, 2011
This soup had great flavor and was incredibly easy to make. We added salt before it was ready and would definitely omit it next time. Between the bacon and the ham steak there is plenty of sodium in this recipe. The cornbread goes perfectly with the soup!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again
