Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad

Combining sweet, salty and spicy flavors, this salad is great for a picnic or a backyard barbecue. The recipe calls for a seedless watermelon, although it may contain some small seeds; remove them with a knife.

You plan to treat yourself or others as well, this salad/desert/entertainment food is one of the best choice. If you have guests just prepare the sauce in advance. Cut the watermelon cubes (I prefer approx. 3/4" to 1") and crumbled feta cheese (If I have the whole piece I prefer to cut it in little 1/4" cubes). Put everything in refrigerator in separate containers and assemble it just before serving...mix gently watermelon cubes and feta and serve it in bowls. Finally, sprinkle the sauce on top of every serving bowl before serving it... YOU will impress!
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
