Tastes so good you might need to double the recipe

Well, despite my lack of panini press, radish or jalapeno I still made this recipe and it was so nice it will stay on my permanent list! I cooked everything stovetop in my le crueset pan and it worked fine. I'm sure a real panini press would be better, but sometimes you have to improvise!
Definitely recommend!
