Great savory side for the Holidays

If you can boil potatoes, you can make this recipe. I've made these wonderful samosas for many years and for many occasions. They are great savory dish and can be made in advance and baked just before serving. When I have served them; the tray will be picked clean in just a few minutes. When I don't have any filo dough I have been known to use my homemade pie dough. though they are a little heavier this way, the samosas are just as tasty. Happy cooking
