Garlic and Rosemary-Roasted Leg of Lamb

The lamb is first roasted at a higher temperature (425deg.F) to help produce a flavorful, browned exterior. Then the oven is reduced to 350deg.F so the interior of the meat will be cooked without the outer section being overdone.

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS
December 12, 2013
Amazingly delicious and tender. Followed the recipe to a tee. Marinated it for 24 hours wrapped tightly in plastic in fridge, took it out 45 min before roasting and turned it/basted it every 20 min as stated. May need to add more wine and maybe some water to the pan as you go because the wine will burn off very fast and you don't want tons of smoke filling your oven/kitchen. Flavor was unbelievably delicious.
Pros: Yield, Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
