Great for a fast breakfast

Very good flavors, all balanced very nicely. I omitted the cheese as my family doesn't like any melted cheese but still delicious. Add a salas and toasted bread for a full meal.

Simple for breakfast or dinner

I made this on a whim and was very pleased with the results. I omitted the peas - we have a disagreement with the texture of English peas in my family. Chopped asparagus would make a delicious substitute. The frittata turned out wonderfully fluffy and the lightly browned crust of goat cheese was perfect. Next time, I will double the basil and add it to the egg mixture before baking.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again, Texture
