Spinach and Roasted Red Pepper Lasagna

Keep the Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe on Hand

I'd give the finished product 2 stars and 4 stars to the Spicy Tomato Sauce recipe.
The lasagna itself turned out just sort of meh. The taste was just okay, and there wasn't that nice distinction of tomatoey sauce layer, fluffy cheese layer, etc.
But the Spicy Tomato Sauce is fantastic! I've used this in other lasagna recipes (both veggie and meaty) and had great results.
Cons: Texture, Taste
