Delicious Kale recipe!

This is a great recipe! Really enjoyed using kale from our garden and fresh eggs in this hearty and healthy recipe. I was concerned that this recipe called for too much lemon between the zest and the juice, but it was perfect! Can't wait to make it again!

Healthy Impression Breakfast

This is my go-to breakfast for healthy eaters. I don't cook the kale as long as the recipe suggests because I prefer a little more texture to it. The red pepper flakes add a great kick!
