Snapper Fish Tacos

Don't worry if the fillets break during grilling; they will be flaked into smaller pieces before serving. If this occurs, transfer them to a sheet of heavy-duty foil and finish grilling over a less hot part of the grill.

Great Summer Meal

First you have to understand, I am a meat lover, NOT a fish lover. The only reasons I cook fish are because it good for me & my family likes it.
Okay, that being said, I LOVED this recipe. It was spicy, the fish was flavorful, and it was fairly easy. I would recommend using freshly sliced cabbage instead of iceberg for a little crunchier taste. I also liked the thicker corn tortillas available at Trader Joe's. Then to top it off a spicy tropical salsa was just what it needed for an extra zing. And WOW, was that good.
Pros: Easy, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again, fun
Cons: messy
