Sicilian-Style Pizza Dough

Prepared in a food processor, this dough comes together quickly. Use it to make our Sicilian Zucchini Pizza and Focaccia Pizza with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Arugula (see related recipes at left). If desired, add 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary to the food processor along with the flour, salt and olive oil.

Great dough!

This is a really great recipe, and it has become my go-to pizza dough. I stopped buying pizza dough mixes and pre-made doughs since I started making this dough.
The recipe says that the dough can be refrigerated up to 6 hours, but I have refrigerated it overnight and it's still good as long as it is tightly wrapped in plastic.
