Easy simple recipe

Easy recipe, cooking now in the oven at 325. Recipe does not mention Initial oven temp.. Only the oven temp after adding mashed potatoes. I hope 325 is okay. Recipe seems a little bland. Instead of cream for the mashed potatoes using nonfat Greek yogurt and hoarse radish sauce. Next time I will add sliced mushrooms with the lamb.
