Sesame Noodles with Peanut Sauce

This simple, slightly spicy noodle dish is infinitely adaptable to whatever combination of vegetables you have on hand. Tahini, a paste made from toasted sesame seeds, is available in specialty foods stores and Middle Eastern markets. Use natural peanut butter without added sweeteners. If the oil has separated from the peanut butter, stir it in before measuring.

Easy Asian Weeknight Meal
July 20, 2014
We've made this recipe twice. The first time my husband really liked it and wanted it again. The second time, he did not enjoy it as much; I'm not sure why. Both times I thought it was average. This recipe is extremely easy for a weeknight meal and requires little prep and chopping. The peanut sauce is good.
