Seared Beef Tenderloin with Cilantro and Mint

For this recipe, beef tenderloin is well seasoned, quickly seared and then sliced paper-thin, a simple preparation that preserves the cuts natural tenderness. If you prefer your tenderloin more fully cooked, increase the cooking time to 8 to 10 minutes.

I made this recipe for some guests last night, it was easy and delicious. It was a big hit with all my friends. I highly recommend leaving the meat quite rare in the middle as suggested by the recipe.

I have made this many times for company, and it never fails to get rave reviews! Delicious and easy (And I am not even a big fan of cilantro)!
