Great way to get some greens!

I'm always looking for more ways to incorporate leafy greens into my meals since I get bored with just steaming them or making salads. This is tasty, hearty, and absolutely pleased the dinner partner! He's asked for it again. The sauce sounded complex but it whipped up quickly, and even kept well. I used it to cover the leftover chops in a pyrex dish, to be reheated another time. I shredded more kale and added it to the pan where I warmed the chops in a tiny bit of broth, covered it for a few minutes to steam it and VIOLA!
