Great Thankgiving Turkey

I have been making this turkey with the brine mix for the last five or six years and my family will NOT let me make any other kind.... It is so moist and they all love it (there is 12 of us)....
Pros: Easy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
