Perfect Blend in Every Bite

A great way to start the day with a little fluffy pancakes full of juicy red raspberry filling. I had just gotten my ebilskiver pan and wanted to make something special for Saturday breakfast. The recipe goes together quickly and the flavors are a divine combination. We love it with whipped cream but watch our weight with a dusting of powdered sugar. Sure to be a family favorite!
