Rabbit with Wild Herbs (Lapin aux Herbes de la Garrigue)

The garrigue is the sparse scrubland that covers the undulating foothills, including those at the base of the Luberon mountain range, in the lower Alps. Ideal hunting territory, the garrigue is at once great shooting grounds for rabbits and a source of wild herbs, such as thyme, savory, rosemary and lavender.

Great way to enjoy rabbit

We have a farm in which we raise rabbit and goat and I'm always looking for new and interesting ways to prepare rabbit.
Rabbit is a very mild meat and the fresh herbs give it a nice flavor boost, while the cream is a lovely compliment to the meat's texture.
Pros: Healthy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
