Quick Cassoulet

You can substitute bite-size pieces of other freshly cooked or leftover meats or poultry-such as rotisserie chicken, roast beef or lamb, or grilled steak-for the sausages. Heat them in the fry pan along with the beans.

Found the recipe at the W.S. store; thought it sounded great...a waste of good food ingredients; very dry, not anything like a cassoulet; looked forward to a nice Sunday dinner on a cold fall night...VERY disappointing
