This pizza may have surpassed the delicious potato pizza I ate in Rome two summers ago. The fresh rosemary and roasted garlic really take this over the top. The crust was very good, too. I did add an extra 1/2 cup flour, probably thanks to the dry winter climate. Thanks to WS for helping us recreate the Roman experience in our own kitchen.
