Summer tomato bounty

The guys and I loved it! Not so easy when you're pushing tomatoes. Wonderful distinct tastes and complex ones at that. No fennel in the sausage so I put a little basil in the chopped parslely. Just blended the tomato, onion mixture - no need to strain it for home grown tomatoes. Great tastes and it would be good with a nice litlle red wine.
