Unique and delicious texture

I love desserts that are a little off of the beaten path in terms of flavour and texture and this recipe fits the bill nicely.
The cake by itself is delicious with the lemon and almond flavours combining beautifully. The strawberries quickly liquify and create a delightful sauce for the cake to sop up.
Highly recommended and a great crowd favourite!!
