Peach-Glazed Pork Chops with Fresh Peach Salsa

Pork and fruit are a natural pairing. Here, pork chops are served with a salsa made from fresh peaches and are basted with a sauce made from peach jam. Other fresh fruits and jams can be used in their place, such as apricots and apricot jam or pineapple and pineapple jam.

Perfect for summer company

Just made tonight. Delicious. I used the mint instead of cilantro and only 1/2 of a jalapeno. Everyone loved it. I served it with a seven grain wheat berry salad, french bread with lemon butter and rosemary and a bagged caeser salad.

Great Salsa!

The peach salsa definitely adds a special something to a simple pork chop. Just be careful with the jalapeno. I unintentionally used a very spicy jalapeno - even though it was seeded.
Saving this recipe. We loved the salsa, loved the glaze.

Glaze is so good!

Made as directed to a 't'. So good! Enjoyed the peach salsa but I don't think it is needed so could make this year-round when peaches aren't in season. Served with mashed potatoes and a green salad. The glaze is the best part!
