Amazing sauce

I will say in general most sauces are pretty standard but boiling then putting the tomatoes in ice water makes a huge difference. The sauce tasted almost creamy. I make it all the time!

Made it for some friends and everyone loved it! It's a nice easy to prepare light red sauce. (even better over fresh pasta!)
