An elegant chicken dish - though it IS rich

I've made this recipe 3 times and just LOVE it. Beware, however, because it IS rich. It's not the way I eat on a daily basis, but for a decadent and elegant chicken dish - this almost can't be beat. I used more wine than the recipe recommended (because why not?). I also cooked the leeks and fennel together instead of separately as the recipe states. I cooked the leeks/fennel till just beginning to caramelize to add an added layer of flavor. This has been a huge hit each time I've made it.
