Oven-Fried Shrimp

Few sights are more appetite sparking than a heap of plump, golden fried shrimp, their crunchy coating protecting the sweet tender meat beneath. Dip the shrimp, one by one, into the spicy cocktail sauce and savor every bite. This is one dish that you are allowed to eat with your fingers!

Tasty and easy
December 13, 2012
This recipe is full of flavor and so easy. You get all the crunch from the panko without having to go through the mess of frying. The smoked paprika really gives it tons of subtle flavor that pairs well with the briny sweetness of the shrimp.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again

Delicious and easy variation on fried shrimp
November 8, 2011
Recipe was pretty easy to make, and the panko was great on it. The shrimp remained quite juicy and were tasty without feeling too greasy.
Lacking horseradish, made the sauce with equivalent horseradish mustard and used ketchup with 2 Tbs sambal and it came out well.
Pros: Easy, Adaptable, Will Make Again
