Easy and Delicious!

I cut this recipe in half and it was perfect. Easy to make and just enough for two people with leftovers, The leftovers were delicious too by the way! I made it in a cast iron cocotte so it went from stovetop to oven to table. Am taking the recipe in to coworkers who wanted to try it after hearing about how good it turned out!
