Mushrooms en Papillote

Baking mushrooms in a sealed parchment packet, or en papillote, allows them to cook through without browning, as they would if sauteed. Serving them in the package makes an attractive presentation, as well as a flavorful partner to light poultry and fish dishes.

This is the best way I have ever made a mushroom side dish yet! My kids ate it! Need I say more? I used portobello. Next time I think I'll mix it up and definitely make a bigger batch!
