This is so easy to prepare and all my cheese-loving friends love it! Perfect as an appetizer or easy lunch/supper if paired with a salad and fresh baguette.

placed cheese in freezer for 30 min then cut then completed as stated Roasting tom brings out the flavor ,the spanish oil is a must
I made this over again this time i roasted the added to the oil and add this to the tomatoes then i roasted the toms.
