London Broil Salad

Contrary to supermarket meat labels, London broil is not a cut of beef nor is it British. Rather, it is a classic American way to prepare a large, flat steak, which can be anything from sirloin to round to flank. Since the steak needs to be sliced thinly, flank is the perfect choice, as it is full flavored but must be tenderized by marinating and thinly slicing across the grain.

You Have All the Ingredients Already!

This is the best recipe for left over london broil, or any steak for that matter! The best part is that the only thing I ever need to buy for it is pecorino cheese... the rest is a staple in the house already! Some fresh cracked pepper over the top finishes it off nicely.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Impressive, Will Make Again

Exactly what I was looking for

I was craving a steak salad and what I was lacking was a great dressing recipe. This one knocked our socks off. The combination of balsamic vinegar, herbs and the dijon mustard was delectable. It went perfectly with the steak. With yummy recipes like this one, William Sonoma continues to be my first stop when looking for great recipes!
