Perfect tart Tart

This Joanne Weir lemon tart (Lemon Cloud Tart) recipe with merengue topping is delicious and one I bake for friends at home or to take to their homes. It is the right size for a small number of guests and has the right amount of tartness for most tastes. Preparation is a bit time intensive, but worth it. I always get rave reviews and requests for the recipe.
