Lemon and Lime Tart

Tart, citrusy desserts are perfect after a barbecue dinner. If you like, use just lemon juice or lime juice, or even all orange juice. Do not worry if the top of the tart cracks during baking; you can either hide the damage with whipped cream or just ignore it. The first taste will make you forget any imperfections.

Made this for my boyfriend as a dessert one night and he loved it. I even whipped up some fresh whipped cream to go with and it went perfectly with the tart

Easy Entertaining Dessert

This tart is very easy to make and was a delicious end to a wonderful summer barbecue. It's light, tart and refreshing. I highly recommend it - YUM!
