Lamb Kabobs with Pita

You can also shape the mixture into patties, grill them and serve tucked into pita bread. For the best flavor, make the raita a few hours in advance to let the flavors mingle. Raita is also good alongside grilled chicken or beef.

This is a great simple dish, either for dinner (I like to add couscous) or as an appetizer at a gathering. I did make a couple of adjustments, like adding a bit more garlic and also making them into one long kebab instead of three small flat meatballs. The sauce is fantastic too!
Pros: Easy, Will Make Again
