Jam-Filled Frangipane Tartlets

Almond flavor pairs well with many types of fruit. Some of our favorite jams to use as a filling for these tartlets include sour cherry, apricot and raspberry. You might also consider strawberry, currant and fig.

I love these tartlets! You can make them
without using almond paste, and substitute finely ground almonds instead.
These are crumbly, and not too sweet, but
with the jam they are perfect. One of my
favorite recipes.
