Indian Vegetable Curry

For a complete meal, serve the curry over steamed long-grain white rice such as basmati. Accompany with a fresh tomato and cucumber salad drizzled with plain yogurt and sprinkled with chopped fresh cilantro.

Tastes worse than it smells
February 5, 2011
I love potatoes, cauliflower, Indian food, and curry. How could such great ingredients go so wrong? This recipe was horrible! It made the entire house smell foul and the taste made me gag. These items may all be great separately, but not in a crock pot and certainly not together.

easy veggie dinner

This was a great recipe - I did add a bit more salt and some garbanzo beans for some protein. I also substituted cumin powder for the seeds. It was very easy - I will make it again.
