My new favorite salmon recipe

The recipe was shockingly good! Splurge on some beautiful salmon fillets -- as it is pretty quickly pan-seared, the inside stays very moist and starting with a great piece of fish helps a lot.
The recipe comes together fast and isn't hard to execute. Just remember - take the time to properly reduce the glaze and don't keep turning the fish. Let each side get nice and crispy, it will taste better and be easier to flip. My husband and I were thrilled to see how gorgeous the dish is when finished -- the glaze is super sticky and delicious, creating a sweet (honey) and slightly-tangy (balsalmic) taste that's perfect alongside the moist, delicate interior. The corn relish is definitely great if you have time, though this fish stands on it's own.
Tips:
- Keep a close eye on the fish. The cooking time greatly depends on the thickness of the fillet.
- After dinner, soak the pan and plates with some warm water and suds. The glaze can get very sticky.

The honey-glaze is delicious, corn salsa is light and sweet. Easy dish to prepare for a work night. William-Sonoma has done it again with a great salmon recipe.

Simple and Sweet

This is my go to salmon recipe. My six year old absolutely loves its and requests it all the time. I don't always make the salsa to go with it. The salmon itself is great on its own.
