Herb-Butter Roast Turkey

This turkey gets a double dose of flavor: first it's soaked in a seasoned saltwater brine, then the bird is brushed with an herb butter as it roasts.

I made this turkey for thanksgiving this year and it turned out beautiful! It was so juicy. I highly recommend this recipe my family loved it! Some said this was the best turkey they had, so we all agreed this recipe was one to keep =)

Super Turkey

I tried several recipes for Thanksgiving this year from WS and every recipe including the Herb-Butter Roast Turkey was a hit! It couldn't have been easier to prep and the turkey was super tender, super moist, and super beautiful... the best I have made and tasted ever! This was our first time to have a fresh, organic turkey. I wanted to make sure it didn't go to waste so I used this recipe and followed it as described. Everyone loved the turkey and I will make this every year.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and Christmas one year because it was so good. It came out perfect, very moist and delicious. The leftovers were great for sandwiches and pot pie.
