Amazing week night dinner!

This recipe was easy to make and would be good for a brunch or dinner item. I made it a bit healthier and used skim milk instead of cream and it still set up just fine in the oven! Made it after work on a monday night and was pretty easy to throw together - everyone loved it! the ham and leeks with the gruyere are the perfect combination! yum!
