YUM was the word from my guests. I just saved this to my keep and make again (and again) file. I roasted 1 chicken only, but wish I had done 2 for planned leftovers. I did adapt the cooking to an indoor oven by placing the 2-in-1 vertical roaster on a half sheet pan to catch drips from the holes in the grill base. It roasted beautifully at 400F and was very moist and tender. I’ll try later with some other veggies in the base as the seasons change.
