Biggest hit for picky eaters

This is officially the only recipe that all 5 family members love (other than pasta!). It was such a big hit that my oldest son said: "why did you not do this recipe earlier?"
I oven-roasted it without the beer cans. I think the rub is what gives it such a great taste.
Will be part of our family menu for a long time!

Fabulous and Easy

This chicken was absolutely delicious and easy to prepare. I grilled the chicken on a beer can without the potatoes and peppers. I had to buy a few of the ingredients, which were not in my budget, but I know I will make this chicken again and again. Well worth it!
