I had never made gefilte fish before & this was a good first try. I was attempting to replicate a gefilte fish loaf recipe a friend always serves & this was close. Next time I'd add more sugar, but I'm not sure how much. I like it a little sweeter.

Best Gefilte Fish Ever!

My family never liked Gefilte Fish, but it is a traditional Passover dish. This recipe is to die for! We all love it - even my mother-in-law.
