Gefilte Fish Loaf with Beet-Horseradish Cream

Compared to traditional gefilte fish, this loaf is simpler to prepare and easier to serve (just cut it into slices). It will quickly become a family favorite at Passover meals. The beet-horseradish cream is a perfect accent to the fish.

Best Gefilte Fish Ever!

My family never liked Gefilte Fish, but it is a traditional Passover dish. This recipe is to die for! We all love it - even my mother-in-law.
