Easy to Prepare One-Dish Meal

I prepared this for a dinner party and everyone raved about the flavors. They commented the vegetables were outstanding and felt they were more than satisfied with the amount of food. The all-clad roasting pan made for ease of prepartation.

I tried this recipe and loved it. I love the All-clad ultimate chicken roaster and have cooked several different recipes. This is the best (but we have loved all). Meat is juicy and tender, and the vegetables are out of this world.
