Date-Pecan Bread

You can also use this batter for making muffins. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and spoon in the batter, filling the cups three-quarters full. Bake in a preheated 375deg.F oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

My family loves dates and I thought this was a good recipe to try, I made it last week., but it was very dry, maybe too little butter, and in my opinión the cinnamon flavor doesn't go well with dates.
I have made several récipes from WS, with excellent results, now I am sure I will not make this again !
Cons: Taste, too dry
