I mixed the crab and potato stuffing with a little hot chili pepper and a dollop of sour cream and it was great! Highly recommended, will be making it again for sure. Very easy to put together. Looks impressive when two or three arranged on a large plate with the bottom dressed decoratively with pesto/chipotle mayo/hot sauce. Even works for a light meal paired with a salad.
