I also have been making these fritters for the past 4 years, my family and friends love them, I even been doing them in the winter with frozen corn, they are just as good. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

I have been making these fritters for the past 2 summers, when fresh Ohio corn is at its peak. It does require more steps than a typical vegetable pancake but the results have been tasty.

Quick and easy Corn Fritters

Fixed the Corn Fritters with fish and also BBQ Ribs. Easy to prepare and made a great hit!. I added some cayenne for alittle zip. They are best when warm.
