great basic recipe

I use this recipe all the time for basic pasta shapes like spaghetti. I usually add a little water to the mix until it combines. (Add a teaspoon of water at a time until it forms a ball.) Delicious....

Easier than I thought

The recipe as said turned out to be a little dry. I added an extra egg and it was better. Letting it rest for half an hour made it easier to roll out.
