Pasta Servings

I'm ready to make pasta, but not sure how much to make with this recipe. What is your suggestion on how much fettuccine to make for 4 adults. Of course we love it, so left-overs wouldn't be a problem.
Do I let it dry completely? And for how long?
Maybe just adding some tidbits of info to the already good recipe would be nice.
