Chocolate Fondue

It's important to maintain moderately low heat (no more than 120deg.F) under your fondue pot so the chocolate stays melted and just warm to the touch. Too much heat can ruin the chocolate.

Super Easy and Delicious

I have made this several times for parties. Use E.Guttard chips for best flavor and melting. I have subed half/half for cream and it was fine.
