Chimichurri Steak

Roasted rosemary potato wedges are an excellent accompaniment to these flavorful steaks. Toss Yukon Gold potato wedges with a little olive oil, 1 Tbs. minced fresh rosemary and salt, to taste. Roast in a 375deg.F oven until tender, about 30 minutes.

A Delicious Steak Recipe

The chimichurri sauce for the steak is an excellent tart complement to the rich meat. If you live in a winter area (ie: Alaska) it is easy to adapt the recipe for indoor cooking using very high heat searing in an All-Clad skillet.
